Information you choose to send
The current website inquiry form prepares an email in your device's email application. ADECODER receives the information only after you send that email. The message may include your name, work email, company, selected need, timeline and the project details you provide.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the requested product or service, coordinate a walkthrough and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. We do not sell inquiry information.
Local preferences
The website may store your light or dark theme preference in browser storage. This preference remains on your device and is not used to identify you.
Website analytics and server records
The website does not intentionally use cross-site fingerprinting. Hosting providers may create standard technical logs for reliability, security and abuse prevention, such as IP address, requested page, timestamp and browser information. If conversion analytics or a CRM-connected form is added later, this notice will be updated before that processing is enabled.
External products and links
Links to Fin ADECODER, PDF Toolkit, Image Master, DraftPro, WhatsApp, Security InBuilt and other external services lead to separate websites or providers. Their own notices and terms apply. Review them before providing information.
Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to information under our control. No email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential production logs or regulated data through the inquiry form or email.
Retention and deletion requests
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@adecoder.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate security needs.
International inquiries
ADECODER is based in India and supports global clients. If you contact us from another country, your inquiry may be processed in India.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, form provider, analytics setup or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
